ANTIPASTI

For our family Antipasto is traditionally the first course or start to an Italian meal. You could say its the Italian version of a Charcuterie Board which has grown in popularity these days.

In or family our Christmas Day meal always starts with an Antipasto, it is one of our many traditions and something my Dad always made fresh every Christmas morning and since he went on to Glory on Christmas morning 2001 it has been a tradition that my sister Anna began and spearheads since making the Antipasto on Christmas morning shortly before he passed away. In putting together this video I found some pictures from our family Christmas celebrations and my beloved found and added some footage about 8 minutes into the video of my Dad from Christmas 1999. Antipasto
