One of the ways that we stay on track when traveling or on vacation is to plan ahead and make and or bring snacks that are in line with our nutrition plan.  It may take a little extra time to plan and prepare but the benefits in sticking to a healthy lifestyle and nutrtion plan are well worth it for us.
