I started my journey to weight loss, fitness and good health with the purchase of a 21 Day Fix and Shakeology Challenge Pack.  The combination of the nutrition from Shakeology and the meal planning and workouts from the 21 Day Fix and the various programs are the key to success. Weight loss is 80% nutrition and 20% exercise.
