I used to purchase my Greek yogurt with the fruit mixed in before I aquired a taste for it plain.
Now I like to make my own blended yogurts depending on what I want in it. I can add my own ingredients to make is fresh and save on added calories and the additives that are in many of the yogurts that are in the market.
